Since the Home Sweet Home Act (HB 663, effective July 1 2021), Florida home food producers can sell up to $250,000/yr with no license, registration, or state inspection, and may ship non-perishable products anywhere within Florida. Sales are direct-to-consumer only — no wholesale to stores or restaurants.
